It can't check for an update because the certificate is invalid.
Check that the COMODO CSA Root certificate is installed in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities (if there's no Sectigo (AAA) certificate in the Trusted Root). If it's not, then double click on the ComodoRoot.cer file in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Veculim and install it into the Trusted Root Certificateion Authorities and check again.
After downloading and installing the update on the server you get the "busy installing cannot run Veculim now" window with a 10 second counter is constantly visible.
If the re-install did not work, first make a backup of the Veculim folder found under ProgramData, switch AutoLogon off (a checkbox on the Setup | Quote and Job Defaults | Program Settings window), then run
(NB! Make sure the path is correct eg. C:\Users\Zanite\Downloads\VeculimInitialInstall.exe /V FORCEREINSTALL 1)....log into Veculim and tick "This is the server" and tick "AutoLogon". Check that the data is correct before deleting the copy you made of the Veculim folder in ProgramData.
