Open Task Manager/Processes - scroll down, end task for UpgradeDatabase and run the install again from the Veculim.exe on the desktop.
2) VeculimMain.exe - System Error because of Dll's missing
Anti-virus is blocking the Veculim services from running. Pause Anti-Virus, run the install from C:\ProgramData\Veculim\VeculimInitialInstall.exe, and get client to add exclusions to anti-virus for Veculim services.
3) Cannot find specified shortcut to Veculimf.exe
Run the install from C:\ProgramData\Veculim\VeculimInitialInstall.exe
4) VeculimMain.exe - permissions error
Run the following dos commands using Command Prompt (CMD) in Administrator mode:
New Veculim Install Not Running
On the server
1) The Run Install window is stuck

cacls "C:\Program Files (x86)\Veculim\*.*" /e /g Users:f
2) Veculimf.exe missing
Reinstall using the veculiminitialinstall.exe from the server eg: \\ServerName\VeculimData\VeculimInitialInstall.exe
