Check-In Job Images

When Checking-In a vehicle on the Job in progress window, there is a feature for you to add the Check-In images of the vehicle. The images can be setup on the Quote and Job Default settings. The Images can be listed and made optional or it can be made a requirement so that all listed images need to be added before checking the vehicle in on the system.
Firstly, to do the setup of the images go to the Setup Tab and click on Quote and Job defaults to open the following window.

Go to Job Settings, Other to get to the following window

Now click on Set up required Images

In the top section select Check-In and then in the bottom section select Insert to start adding the required images to check-In a vehicle.
Type the  location of which image you require and press enter when done. This will automatically start a new line for you to add another image. If you are done and don't wish to add any more, simply press ESC on the keyboard once.

As seen above the tickbox is ticked to indicate that the image entered is a required image. This means the vehicle will not be able to be checked In if the required images are not attached.
However, the images to attach for the Check-In can still be done without making it a requirement. To do this simply untick the box.
Depending on how you set up the images, required or not, will depend how the program will react when trying to book in a vehicle.
Let's go to the Jobs-In-Progress window to see how the Check-In images work.

Select the Pending Job that you want to book in the vehicle of and click on the Check-In button. It will display the message to ask if you are sure you want to check In this Job, you can select YES. This will then display the following window

The images displayed at the top of the list will be the images you have on the Jobcard.
Just below that you will see the images you added on the setup as required images. On this window you can link the images already on the Jobcard to the required images by clicking on the image you have and just drag and drop it to the desired name on the list of the required images you setup.
If you set the images as required and you did not add an image to all of the required images on the list, Veculim will not allow you to Check-In the vehicle. It will display the following message

Make sure to add all the required images before trying to Check-In the vehicle.

If you did not set the images up as required but rather as optional, you can still check-In the vehicle even if all the images were not added.
