Once your Job has been created from the Quote, there are a number of printouts you'll need to print, so you will be automatically taken to the Job Printouts window (or you can access via the Job Printouts item in the Work menu).
The Job Printouts window will then be displayed.
Then use the Job Lookup to display the Select Jobcard window and select the appropriate job.
If required, tick the Print Job Card check box and select the type of Check in sheet to be printed.
The options available are:
Car
Bakkie
Twin Cab
SUV
Kombi
Light Truck
Heavy Truck
Trailer
Tick all other relevant check boxes for all the forms you would like to print.
We have added the ability to "Hide Print Preview" so all the documentation you wish to print, will go straight to Print, without the Print report preview displaying.
Click Print to print all forms selected.
Exports
Veculim enables you to export to any generic word document template (docx file types) you may require. This is useful for insurance clearance certificates, OEM jobcards, etc. Any docx template you would like to use as a template, insert into the C:\ProgramData\Veculim\SharedData\Templates directory. Veculim will then enable you to create a job specific docx based on any of the docx templates located in this directory. You can insert the following tag text into each template file, which will be converted to job specific text in the job document output
NOTE: When using the Tag Text, please remember to add < before the text and > after the text eg.
