In order to produce quotes certain settings must be in place. The default labour rates, Markup percentage, etc can all be configured in the 02. Quote/Job Defaults section.
Web Tracking
To allow your customers to view the status of their job, the job images & documents, you can message your client a unique Web Tracking URL. This tracking page can be inbedded into your own website or Veculim can customize a generic page.
1. The bodyshops Web Developer needs to contact our programmer, where they wish to embed the page into their own website ie. The Web Developer will need to supply the unique URL.
2. Where the bodyshop wishes to use the generic page, you need to send our programmer the client's logo, who will supply you with their unique URL.
3. Enter the unique URL under Quote&JobDefaults/JobSettings/Other and tick the default 'Allow Customers To View Job Status And Images Online'.
4. On the Veculim.com/CustomerBrowse page, select change for the relevant customer and set 'Images Allowed'
The Web Tracker should display similar to the sample below
4. Add the link to the relevant Message Points, using the variable 'JobTracking'. See SMSPoints on how to set up variables.
NB! The link will only work for jobs created after the URL was added to the default settings.
Mobile Application
To perform the following functions from a mobile phone:
* Check in a job
* Add Extras to a job
* Complete a job
* Clocking onto a job

2. Supply the programmer with the IP address who will then supply the client's unique URL eg. https://zaniteathome.veculan.com/
3. Add the Sub Domain under Quote/JobDefaults/ServerSettings
4. Restart the VeculimServer service.
5. Give it 24 hours to populate, after which the client can start using the Mobile Application.
Note: All mobile devices used must be connected to the company's wifi, it cannot run off mobile data.
