We added the feature for our customers to be able to re-import the quotes after adjustments were made by the Insurance company. You might have created the Jobcard already for this Quote and ordered parts but now need to Re-Import the adjusted quote. This feature allows you to use the adjusted Quotation, from the original quote, to Import onto the Job that was already created from the Original Quote. Veculim then adjusts the Job to portray the new values and items.
Start the Re-Import process as you would Import any quote, see on Re-Importing Quotes
Re-Import Quotes onto a Job
With the Original Quote already loaded onto Veculim, it is easy to re-import your adjusted quote. Simply follow the same procedure as you would Importing any quote.
Work Tab > Import Quotes > drag and drop file> Load Quote
At this stage Veculim will prompt you with the following message
At this point you will choose Re-Import to import onto the Job.
If you ordered parts and/or received parts there will be a message displayed for you before the Quote will be reloaded
Once you select YES the following screen will appear
You can create an RFC directly from this screen.
If you took care of the necessary action for each listed item on the screen, you can close it. The following message will then appear.
Once you click OK the adjusted quote is loaded onto the Job.
Once the Adjusted Quote has been loaded you can order and GRV parts as per the normal process.
