On the Internal Costing Options window you have selected the Job for which you want to view the Costing Audit. In the Job Costing Audit window, select the Item for which you want to adjust the higher landed price. At the bottom of the screen you will see that there is already a message that there should be a HLP added to this item. You can now just make sure that the information displayed is correct and then click on the grey block " Add an EXTRA Line - Higher Landed Price"
Once you have selected to Add the HLP it will look like the following block on the Costing screen.
If you do not have anything else to do on your Costing screen you can select Close or you can select Audit Report to view and/or Print the Report.
Please Note: An extra item is indicated on the Jobcard by HLP in the Detail column and Xtr in the Type column of the job card.
