Inserting a Debtor

Debtor accounts are used to capture information of all the possible entities that you would create invoices for and who as a result would owe you money.
 
To insert a debtor, access the Debtors icon in the Accounting Tab.
 
Then click on the Insert button and the Update Debtor window will be displayed.



Complete all relevant details first on the Contact Tab on the left side, then the Accounting information on the second tab ensuring that all required fields (Red fields) are filled in.
 
Then press OK to save the newly created record.
