Edit Pricing Details

The Edit Pricing Details button is there to correct some information that was entered incorrectly, mostly regarding the markup % used or the method of Purchase like Retail/Net.
Once you have opened the Job Costing Audit report you will be able to make the change on this window.
 

On this window highlight the item for which you like to make a price adjustment and then simply click on the Edit Pricing Details button.

There are quite a few options available for changes but make sure why you need to make the adjustment before entering details.
Should the markup need to be adjusted you can tick the *Change Markup From:*checkbox and then enter the correct markup for the item.
You can Change the Original Price by ticking that checkbox and then selecting which price is correct, Cost Price or Selling Price.
You can also change the pricing method by ticking the *Change Job Card Pricing Method From:*checkbox.
NB: Please make sure the person doing the Price adjustment has the correct information to do so.
