Customers

Whether you’re starting your company from the ground up with Veculim by your side, or already have a fully established client base, we would recommend you capturing all client information.
This enables you to quickly and easily select all customer details when doing a quote, invoicing or creating a job card. It also allows you to keep track and follow up on those who simply request quotes and do not materialize into actual jobs.

This can be done by accessing the Customers icon in the People Menu.

 

 

Inserting Customer Information

Once the View Customers window is displayed, please select the Insert button in order for the Update Customer window to be displayed.
 


Capture all information as preferred, remembering that any red fields are required fields and therefore have to be entered. Any blue fields are automatically generated by the system.
 

Changing Customer Information

Once the View Customers window is displayed, please select the Change button in order for the Update Customer window to be displayed. The information can then be edited according to your needs.

 

Deleting a Customer

Once the View Customers window is displayed, please select the Delete button.
 
A message will then be displayed asking you to confirm the request to delete the record. Click Yes to confirm and delete.
