So far, this problem has been isolated to a Windows 11 update.
The Backgroundprocessor is running but the backup from Veculim does not run. Stop the Backgroundprocessor service and run the Backgroundprocessor application. If the backup runs through the application, then there is a problem with the services not communicating with Veculim.
To fix, on the server,open CommandPrompt as 'Administrator' and run the following script:
netsh winsock reset
Restart the computer, make sure the services are all running and test the backup in Veculim again.
