The Dashboard function is there to give the Owner or Business Manager a Birds eye view of what is going on in the business regarding different functions like, Quotes, Jobs, Purchasing and then also Financial. Your employees can also use the Dashboard to quickly access the tasks they need to perform. The Dashboard access and preferences can be customized for each user. The Summary tab on the Dashboard could be very useful. This Tab displays the following: - Quotes accepted ratio - Jobs Overdue - RFCs not collected (how many RFCs to be collected and also the value of the RFC) - Comeback Jobs - Critical stock to Re-order
You can select any of the blocks listed and it will display the details of the information given.
Quotes
The Quotes Tab gives more information regarding Quotes Not finalized, Quotes Accepted, Quotes Finalized and Quote Requests Overdue. This Tab can be used by Staff members when following up on Quotes finalized but not accepted and for other tasks.

Jobs
The Jobs Tab will display information about the current Jobs in the workshop, Jobs to be invoiced and some info regarding the Panels to be painted.

Purchasing
The Purchasing Tab will display information regarding the Purchases for the Company. Parts for Jobs not ordered yet, Parts not received yet, Consumables, RFC's not collected etc.
