The workstation *must connect to the server computer using an ethernet (wired) connection*NOT a wifi connection. If you are uncertain, check for the ethernet symbol rather than the Wifi symbol to verify. Do NOT proceed with the installation if a wifi connection exists, but first arrange installation of an ethernet connection between the computers before proceeding. Secondly you will need to run the Veculim Initial Install on your Workstation. When you installed Veculim on the server, the VeculimInitialInstall.exe was saved automatically to the program folder. You can run it from there, or you can go to the Website, www.veculim.com and click on the red block " click to begin download" to download the Veculim Install. Once the Download is complete you can go to the Downloads folder on your PC and double click on the VeculimInitialInstall.exe to run the download on your PC. The following start up screen will appear, click NEXT.
Make sure to select the "I accept the terms in the license agreement" and then click Next.
It will then pop up with the following screen. As a Workstation you will always select "Veculim is already installed on another computer".
Now you can click on Change to find the Remote path to the Veculim folder that is on the Main PC/Server.
This is where you go to: -Network -Select Main PC -Veculim
Once the Path is selected click on Next.
Your Install is now complete you can make sure that both boxes are ticked and click on Finish.
Just before Veculim opens, this window will appear. This will show that you are running of the server. You can just select the box which states " Don't show this window again" and then click on Connect.
After this your Veculim will open. Please note: The Workstation and Main computer can both run Veculim simultaneously.
