In the Professional version of Veculim, you are able to record your purchasing in more detail. This is where Purchase Control Sheets comes into play. In order for you to capture your purchasing records in the PCR Posting section, you would need to create a PCR sheet first. This can be found in the Purchasing Menu, provided you are licensed for the Professional level of Veculim.
Click on the Create Sheets icon and the Create PCR Sheet window will be displayed.
Click on the Create button and the Create New PCR Sheets window will be displayed.
Click OK to create a new PCR sheet. Please note that the number of PCR Sheets created at one time, is determined by the configuration in the Financial Defaults window.
