When a vehicle arrives, it is possible to book a car into a station. This can be done by a supervisor or the employee himself. Booking in of a vehicle is done at the job station device.
Booking a vehicle into the station
On the device itself, press the # key to display the menu options.
Select Job by pressing 1.
Select 1 to start the job.
The user will be prompted to “Enter Job Number”. Enter the job number as displayed on the job sheet without the leading zero’s.
A message containing the job number entered and registration number will be displayed. You now need to confirm the details by either pressing ** for No*or*# for Yes*. Please note: If *** is pressed, you will be prompted to re-enter the job number.
After confirmation, the clock will display “Started Job 00000” The number of the job entered will replace the “00000”.

On the device itself, press the # key to display the menu options.
Select Job by pressing 1.
Select 2 to end the job.
The user will be prompted to “Enter Job Number”. Enter the job number as displayed on the job sheet without the leading zero’s.
