Whilst booking in the vehicle into a job station is optional, you are required to clock on the job in order for Veculim to accurately calculate the time spent on a vehicle by each employee.
Start Working on a Job
On the device itself, press the Start button.
Now enter the employee’s card number/pin code and press the # key.
The user will be prompted to “Enter Job Number”. Enter the job number as displayed on the job sheet without the leading zero’s.
A message containing the job number entered and registration number will be displayed. You now need to confirm the details by either pressing * for No or # for Yes.
Please note: if * is pressed, you will be prompted to re-enter the job number.
After confirmation, the clock will display “Started Working on Job 00000” The number of the job entered will replace the “00000”.
Stop Working on a Job
On the device itself, press the End button.
Now enter the employee’s card number/pin code and press the # key.

Setting up Job Clock on Separate Monitor
Should the client want to view the staff or job position on a separate monitor, then make a copy of the Veculimf.exe and put it on the separate monitor. Right click on the shortcut, select Properties and change the properties as follow:
To see WhosDoingWhat - Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Veculim\Veculimf.exe" Show:Staff=MustClock
To see the Labour Monitor - Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Veculim\Veculimf.exe" Show:Display=CheckedIn;Other;Stripping;PanelBeating;PaintPrep;Paint;Assembly;Outwork
Note: Create two shortcuts should the client wish to see both windows on the separate monitor.
